Positive: Location was great--near lots of shops, restaurants and grocery stores plus easy walk to tram. Host was very responsive with complete answers to questions and assistance when needed. Really appreciated that.

Negative: Lots of steps to the apartment. Small addition like a couple of light weight blankets would have been nice for use in living area. Would have benefitted from instructions on how to use the washer/dryer since unfamiliar with that appliance.

Summary: Comfortable, well-equipped and clean
