Positive: The property's location. The apartment's generous size and well-appointed rooms. The amenities provided, along with the complimentary cookies, which were a thoughtful touch.

Negative: The cookware appears to be worn and is no longer suitable for cooking. There seems to be an unpleasant odor near the entrance of the building. The staircase must be climbed to access our apartment.
