Positive: Location was perfect. The apartment was good and clean and it fit our whole family comfortably.

Negative: The service from the staff was not the best. We paid 20 pounds for extra bedding, which we requested before our arrival but we never received. They assured us that we'll get it but then we were just ignored. They were not as cooperative as we would've expected which is a shame because it's a great apartment and we just wanted some respect and assitance.
