North Petherwin is home to the Tamar Otter Park and just a short drive to some of the most beautiful coastline and tourist hot spots in North Cornwall.
Church Barn is perfect for families and friends or people who need a property with easy access and no stairs. All on the ground floor, this property is suited to the less mobile visitors. At the rear of this semi-detached barn conversion is a gravelled patio area, whilst to the front is a pretty garden with a lawn and garden furniture.
The village is set between Launceston and Bude and just 20-30 minutes by car to Crackington Haven, Boscastle, Widemouth, Padstow and Port Isaac. There are some lovely country walks in the village and surrounding area, using the network of public footpaths that criss cross this rurual area, the closest being Firestone Lane, just 20 yards from the cottage. Beach 11 miles. Shop 6½ miles, pub and restaurant 3 miles.
