Positive: Great location with a Nonsuch Park at the doorstep for morning strolls, good transport link with Cheam station and buses. Nicely decorated. Stayed in a couple of apartments, the one overlooking parking was the most comfortable, with nice decor. Great broadband Internet.
Negative: Overall the property needs some more attention, such as the microwave had smell of burned food, I don't remember towel hooks in the bathroom, which presented a challenge as I've stayed with a family. One of the apartments, which was under the roof and overlooking the Ewell Road, was quite claustrofobic due to low ceilings (the other aparment, overlooking the parking lot on a lower floor was good though).
