***IMPORTANT FOR WINTER RESERVATIONS: the house is at the top of a hill, which can be icy in the winter. Winters can be unpredictable. Chains or winter tires and AWD are required. If there's snow or ice.

Please note that our home is not suitable for large parties looking to cram 15+ people into the home. We understand that some guests may want to have fun and celebrate during their stay, and we are open to accommodating these desires. However, we kindly request that all parties be kept at a moderate noise level and end at a reasonable time. We value the comfort and tranquility of our neighborhood and want to maintain a peaceful environment for all. Some of these are identified below. Despite these efforts, we cannot eliminate the risk of COVID-19 transmission so please be extremely cautious and careful and travel at your own risk!
* Best Practice: Please wash hand thoroughly, especially when leaving or entering home. Use sanitizer where available as extra measure. Be mindful of guidance for physical distancing and use of face coverings when in public.
* Symptomatic / Positive Test: If you are knowingly / suspected to be infected with COVID-19 please contact us right away. Extra measures will be taken in such cases.
* Increased Surface Cleaning and Disinfecting: Surfaces and highly touched items are cleaned and dis-infected
* Vacuum cleaner w/ HEPA filter: we have supplemented vacuum inventory with additional HEPA filter vacuums and staff are instructed to use these.
* Linens and Trash: Sheets and towels are professionally laundered every-time, and trash is hauled off site promptly.
* Staff Policy: Staff are instructed to wear PPE and face coverings while operating in homes, as appropriate , and are not to work if exhibiting symptoms.
* Comforters: A fresh comforter casing system every booking.
