The Space:
KITCHEN AND DINING AREA
On the ground floor, you’ll find the property’s kitchen. Beautifully designed, it is a mixture of black and white in colour and features modern appliances so you can prepare meals easily during your stay. You have a choice of two ovens with an electric cooker, as well as an AGA being available. Also on this floor is the dining room which includes a dining table and modern dining chairs. There is also a pantry and a downstairs toilet.
Take the stairs up to the first floor and there is a welcoming living space, two bedrooms and the family bathroom.
LIVING ROOM
The homely living room includes comfy sofas, a flat screen TV and a log burner fire. Ideal for relaxing, you can snuggle up with your loved ones and keep up with your favourite shows.
BEDROOM AND BATHROOM
The first bedroom boasts a king size bed and the second is a twin. With a fresh and modern feel, a bathtub and a shower, as well as a WC and basin, the family bathroom is clean and sophisticated.
Upstairs on the second floor, you’ll find the other four bedrooms. You’ll find one king-sized bed, as well as another room with a super-king bed. Both rooms also have en-suites. The other two double bedrooms also have a Jack & Jill bathroom available for use.

Located in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales, you’ll be able to visit the nearby moors, other villages, and nearby towns such as Richmond easily.
The traditional late-18th- and early-19th-century barns and drystone walls of Swaledale are the most characteristic feature of the landscape. The flower-rich hay meadows around Muker are of international importance and are carefully protected.
Embark on a walk and you’ll be stunned by the scenery and surroundings within the Yorkshire Dales. Watch the locals at work first-hand in their traditional trades of sheep farming and producing woolen clothes. You can virtually start a pleasant walk from your doorstep with Muker being on the the Pennine Way, as well as the Coast to Coast route. You are also ideally placed for cycle routes and a variety of other outdoors activities.
Getting Around:
The nearest railway station to Muker is Garsdale which is a 28-minute drive from Bridge House. The station is the on the picturesque Settle-to-Carlisle line and there are regular routes to Carlisle and Leeds.
There are two bus routes that stop in Muker. The number 30 runs stops four times a day and runs between Richmond and Keld. In the summer season, you can also take advantage of the 830 and 831 services which can take you directly to Preston, Lancaster, Darlington and Middlesbrough, with other stops also throughout the Yorkshire Dales.
