Summary: Upstairs & downstairs format of house works well for a family. Very clean property & great location. Beds were comfortable & plenty of heating & cooling appliances if needed. Disappointing not to be able to check in earlier than 3 pm & had to chase the property manager several times for the check in details as they were not provided 48 hrs in advance. The customer help line via the vrbo website assisted with this. The booking process was tedious.
