Spacious 3 Bedroom 2200 square foot home located across from South Dease Lake. Hilltop Hideaway is perfect for family gatherings, it has two decks one on the back of the home and a smaller deck in front of the home. Great picnic area with fire pit located near the back side of the Garage (Garage is for owners use). Home interior was completely remodeled in 2020. Home has a smart TV with free Wi-Fi, no cable but you will not miss it there is plenty to enjoy without it. This home faces South Dease as you can see from photos you do have a view of the water from the back deck, or just take a stroll down the road to access the lake. Home is located only 10 minutes from the quaint little town of Hale, you will find local restaurants, hardware, grocery stores, and little shops. if you prefer more of the strip mall shopping you are only 25 minutes away from West Branch for the Tanger outlet mall. All though the home is not right on South Dease lake it is a short distance down the lane to the lake from this home.There is also a boat access on the canal side to the lake. The lake itself is a 269 acre lake with depths of 34 feet it is an all sports lake. The air conditioner is located in the Living room and Charcoal grill is near the picnic area by the garage. New in 2021 Keurig/combo coffee pot, Foos ball table and exercise room with treadmill, glider and hand weights.
