Positive: Helpful friendly staff. Excellent dinner and breakfast. Pleasant comfortable room. Good bathroom. Integral Usb charging sockets, iron and board, hairdryer, hospitality tray and good a/c provided.. Very impressed with both reception and hospitality staff.

Negative: The hotel is great as a stopover en route home to Devon but the location on a sprawling retail estate is not interesting or attractive in its own right. Hotel is beginning to show its age. Curtains in the room needed attention where they had become unhooked. Bedside lights were too dim and one bulb needed to be replaced. Lights in the bathroom were old ecobulbs which took a long time to become bright . Despite this, I would certainly recommend the hotel as comfortable and convenient.
