Here we have an economy property that has 2 bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 guests per stay. The master bedroom has a double bed with plenty of space for a cot bed if required and it has its own en-suite with a wash basin and toilet. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds with a little wardrobe.

The main bathroom consists of a shower cubicle, a wash basin and a toilet and is positioned in the hallway just outside the bedrooms.

In the kitchen there is everything you will need to prepare and cook your meals including a hob and oven, microwave and a fridge/freezer and not forgetting the toaster and kettle. The dining area has fitted sofas and a dining table big enough to fit everyone at the same time.

The main living area has fitted sofas around 2 sides of the property with a fire, the van also has double glazed windows and central heating throughout so on those chilly evenings you will be staying cozy and warm. A fair use basis on gas and electric comes inclusive.

And lastly your fur babies can come along on the holiday with you as this van is pet friendly so nobody is missing out. Please note that a small charge applies per pet.

EXTRAS

1066 Holidays provide fresh clean linen and white fluffy hand towels. Bath towels are available on request at least 48 hours prior to arrival and incurs a £20 charge. All 1066 holidays properties are no smoking and all are self catering.

SURROUNDING AREAS

Winchelsea beach itself is a 5 min walk away, and has the most stunning views. The beach is a stony beach that stretches for miles and has an ancient forest that can only be seen when the tide is out. Literally just outside the entrance of the park there is a co-op, fish and chip shop and a kebab shop, not forgetting a lovely pub. If you walk to the end of the village by the beach there is a cafe with parking and serves the best meals for all the family to enjoy on the days you don't want to cook.

This property is highly recommended if you want a relaxed and chilled holiday and only a short drive or bus ride to the neighbouring towns for a more upbeat atmosphere.

WINCHELSEA HOLIDAY PARK

This park has beautifully maintained grounds and has a heated outdoor swimming pool. The clubhouse has entertainment for all the family and has a restaurant called the lobster pot that provides food and drinks. There is entertainment for all the family in peak times that are usually between 1st of April - 1st November.
