Positive: Lovely comfortable cottage. It was super clean, warm and had everything I needed for a peaceful self-catering stay in winter. There’s lots of walks and biking routes on the doorstep. Reeth is a short walk away and it’s a perfect base for exploring lower Swaledale. Local neighbours and people in Reeth were super friendly and welcoming, too.

Negative: There was a problem with the kitchen tap, which took a bit of time to get fixed, but the manager was really helpful and responsive.

Summary: Perfect for a peaceful break in Swaledale
