The space
Hidden Gem Cottage, Orchard Cottage is ideally situated in the heart of rural Fermanagh in the midst of the Sliabh Beagh range of mountains and a perfect base for touring Fermanagh and its neighbouring counties of Tyrone, Monaghan and Donegal.

Within easy walking distance and on a clear day, the Mourne mountains to the east and the Donegal hills to the north are clearly visible. Our unrivalled position makes it a peaceful haven where you can relax, unwind and perhaps sample some of the mountain walks.

The village of Roslea is 3 miles away and there are two pubs in the village along with a traditional takeaway. A ‘ hidey hole’ guaranteed to erase memories of ‘nine to five.’

Living area: A large open plan living area with a separate dining space and a fully equipped hand painted kitchen. The sitting area is comfortably furnished for relaxing in with a 3 seater sofa and a separate armchair. It is fully equipped with TV/Freeview/DVD and WIFI and has a log burning stove. This opens through to the dining area and kitchen that boasts a host of integrated appliances including dishwasher, fridge, microwave and cooker.

Toilet: This ground floor toilet is located at the back door of Orchard and adjacent to the staircase that leads to the bedrooms. It has a modern “comfort level “ toilet and a corner hand basin with heated towel rail.

Lobby: Library of numerous books many of special and local interest.

Bedroom 1: Double bedded room with co-ordinated furniture and luxury bed linen.

Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom with built- in wardrobe and integrated drawer unit with separate case storage area

Bathroom: Modern suite with large bath, shower, comfort level toilet, wash hand basin, hand made storage unit for towels and toiletries.

A washing machine and freezer is available for each cottage to use in the laundry room / drying room.

Guests have access to the enclosed garden which is south facing and equipped for your use with garden furniture.
