Positive: Conveniently located. Bed and furniture comfortable. Shower okay. Free car parking.

Negative: Check-in could be better. No information on facility available to us with our booking given. When we enquired about time for breakfast the next day, the replies were reasons why we couldn't have breakfast: not part of our booking and time slots booked. I booked a king size executive room; got an accessible room - no explanation; not what we thought we'd booked. Room had no climate control so was a bit too warm through the night even with windows open.
