Location, location, location. Welcome to your Havasu Vacay Villa, a tucked away gated community that’s close to everything! 5 minutes to London Bridge, Windsor Beach and Rotary Park. This Villa shows pride of ownership throughout. From the moment you walk through the door, it is clear that everything is new... A/C Unit, furniture, appliances, carpet, paint, mattresses, linens and towels, cookware and grill, the list goes on and on. From floor to ceiling we have taken care to make our home a welcoming, cozy and clean place for you to enjoy. Our wonderful 3 bed 2.5 bath home has 10ft ceilings and is set up for entertaining. Everything in the Villa is new and inviting, attention to detail is our specialty. The cozy living room is set up for you to relax with a huge 70” Roku streaming TV. Snuggle up on the over sized couches and enjoy the full view of the downstairs, including into the kitchen and dining room, making this a wonderful space for congregating. There is even a half bath just steps away for ease and a backyard patio set up with sun shades, fire pit on a table, and a flat grill with all cooking tools needed. Your family or friends will love having everyone in one area while cooking dinner, playing a game together, or watching a movie. We know ours do! The beautiful kitchen is equipped with everything you need. We took no short cuts meaning you will not find mismatched or hodgepodge items here! We believe you deserve to be in a kitchen that you can enjoy using. You will find brand new nonstick cookware, utensils, Chef knife set, matching ceramic dishes, basically everything you need to feel at home. There is also a reverse osmosis water system! All three bedrooms are located upstairs which is a wonderful configuration when some guests or children may wish to go to sleep or sleep in while others are up. The separation allows for privacy when needed. The main bedroom has a huge brand new Cal King bed, Roku TV, en-suite bath with walk in shower, separate toilet, separate soaking tub, and walk in closet. The second and third bedrooms include brand new queen beds, Roku TV’s and are directly across from the shared second bathroom. This bath has a separate toilet/shower area and dual sinks.
