Harbour Reach is situated just a few steps away from the picturesque harbour of Mevagissey and has been recently refurbished ready for it's new venture as a holiday let.
An open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge has a brand new smart TV, providing access to Netflix and similar services. The rear of the lounge area has a small utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
As you head up the first flight of stairs, you come to the snug lounge also fitted with a smart TV, as well as a brand new sofa and work area. The twin bedroom is also on this middle level, fully equipped with children in mind. The main bathroom with overhead shower is located next to the twin bedroom.
You then continue your journey to the third level of the property where you find the master bedroom with ensuite shower room, further double bedroom and separate toilet.
Harbour Reach has unlimited wifi access and central heating/hot water.
