Well-maintained 2 bedroom/1-bath cottage in Sawyer, Michigan. Located just one mile from the Warren Dunes State Park. Fitted for a family or a couple this home offers everything you could ask for in a great getaway. The kitchen is fully stocked for the foodies at heart, and up-to-date electronics for today's lifestyle include a Bose Bluetooth speaker. Outside you will also find a firepit which is excellent for those late-night smores cravings. Smart TV, equipped with Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. (no cable TV). If you are heading to the beach the home does have a cooler and 2 beach chairs that the owners leave for guests to use. While this cottage shares a single wall with an adjoining unit, you'll find that the space has been thoughtfully designed to provide privacy and a peaceful ambiance. Sawyer favorites like Mesa Luna, Peasant's Pantry, Greenbush Brewery, and Sawyer Gardens are within minutes of the home.

This property is well-maintained and equipped for the comfort and convenience of our guests. Our vacation rentals include well-equipped kitchens, living, and dining areas. Linens and towels are provided. Homes have washers and dryers, a dishwasher, central heat, and air conditioning, and high-speed Internet service. This property has a Coffee pot available for use.
We ask that renters bring condiments, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, extra toilet paper, and convenience items like plastic wrap, aluminum foil, and zip-lock bags. We do not resupply anything during the stay. We provide two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, 4 garbage bags, and hand soap, so plan according to your needs.
Minimum Age Limit for Renters: The guest signing the rental agreement/contract must be 30 years of age or older (ID at check-in required) and must be responsible for the group during the entire time of the stay.
