It is furnished with attention to detail and is located in a quiet area of Cape Coral but a short ride to many beaches, restaurants and entertainment activities.
The Master suite has direct pool access, a king size bed as well as the walk-in closet, the Master bathroom features a standalone tub, separate walk-in shower, and double vanities.There are two separate sleeping areas on either side of the Villa. 2 of the 4 bedrooms have pool access, all but Master suite feature queen size beds and the Junior suite welcomes you with a bright, modern but beachy flair. There is also a den area which features a twin bed and could be used as either an office or an extra sleeping area. All bedrooms have a flatscreen TV. Integrated in the large living room is a modern kitchen with bar seats and a spacious dining room area. Top of the line appliances and kitchen accessories are inviting you to spend an evening creating gourmet dinners. Free high-speed internet is available throughout the house.
The beautiful Villa has a large pool and separate spa area. Sun loungers and an outdoor shower are ready for you in the pool area.
The pool is operated without chlorine with modern, skin-friendly salt technology. The covered dining area with an outdoor kitchen area and a chill-out corner.
There are alarms in the patio doors going out to the pool to alert you if your little one opens the door. These alarms can easily be disarmed if they are not needed.
While sitting outside with a cocktail of your choice you will be joined by Manatees and Dolphins enjoying the waters of the canal.
Cape Coral is a waterway dream. This villa provides a beach cart, chairs and umbrellas for your days visiting the pristine beaches close by.
