Summary: The staff work extremely hard and are so friendly. The front desk is so welcoming. The maintenance staff always are working. Although the staff appear over worked, they are all so very helpful. The couch cushions in the room were very stained. The bed linen was very old, bleach scented, and stained. I did dust the room once we noticed the thick dust on the lamps, top of the photo frames, and the top of the mirrors. The headboards of the beds were scratched with the decor falling off. The building is old and in need of an upgrade. We loved staying at this hotel for the past five years, but this last year will most likely be our last. Which saddens as the location is perfect for our Michigan visits.
