Summary: The room they assigned to me is not the room i reserved. I was shocked when i found out that i was given a handicap room. Room doesn't have a bathtub , instead it's a shower with the same level as the bathroom floor. Water flows all over the bathroom when you shower because of poor drainage. Totally unsafe because it's slippery.I complained and asked the staff if they could move me to another room. They said "NO" because i booked the room through a third party. They told me i should have book from the Hampton inn website instead of Hotels.com. this will be my last one for sure making reservation on this hotel. I would also share my experience with all my colleagues.
