The property is slightly elevated (best spot on the Bay!) to afford you and your guests 180 degree views of this amazingly crystal clear lake. Literally everything from floor to ceiling has been replaced or refreshed. New LVP floors, new furniture throughout, new outdoor seating for 10 with three different sitting and viewing areas, just steps from the water’s edge. Granite countertops, new water heater, Central Air, fully automatic generator. Plenty of parking off the road. Three restaurants within walking distance, and just (5) minutes from world class golf. Yes, you get to stay here!
