The space

Enter the main/side door into a large open hallway, look left, and get an eyeful of beautiful Gull Lake! As you head toward the lake past a small Full Bath, the house opens up to a large area blending the Living Room, Dining Area, and Kitchen/Bar together with amazing views. The Huge Mahogany Deck is shaped like the bow of a boat and includes high-end patio furniture and Weber Genesis Gas Grill . The long Galley Kitchen continues back to a Built In Office Space. On the street-side of the house is the Master Suite with King Bed and Master Bath. The 2nd Bedroom has a small built-in desk and a Bunk Bed (twin, full). Flooring is a combination of hardwood, tile, and wool carpet.
Across the street is a large 3 Stall Garage with Guesthouse above. Full Bath with Shower/Tub, Fully Stocked Kitchen, Queen Murphy Bed and Bunk Bed (twin, full).
Both Properties have Central A/C, TV's, WIFI, Large Comfy Couches, Kitchens are full of extra dishes, pots, pans, coffee, you name it. All beds have fresh linens with plenty of extra blankets and pillows.
All Aluminum Dock has a 16x16 feet platform with additional deck furniture. 1 Boat Lift is available for your boat or jetski. There's also a closet full of life jackets, fishing poles, swimming floats, goggles, snorkels, beach balls, etc. Sandy bottom beach offers awesome swimming around the dock. Throw a nightcrawler off the end of the dock for bluegills, bass, perch, redeyes, pike, might even catch a lake trout.

Access to most everything, I'll have a few storage areas labeled where we keep some personal stuff, and the ski boat will be off-limits, but other than that it's all yours.
