Summary: Our stay started out in disappointment.. As soon as we touched down in LAX, i get a text informing me that this house that we booked was not available, that there was some kind of an emergency with the current renter and they could not leave. They directed us to another house with thank fully was a block away and was almost identical to this one that we had originally booked. I sent a message through VRBO but no reply to this day. The house was good, and spacious and quite clean but had all kinds of minor problems that perhaps management should look more into "taking care" of their properties. Fire place in main living room did not work, attempt to fix by technicians was done on the 4th day of a 5 day rental, to no avail. Little things like sink faucet handle busted, light in toilet room did not work, shower handle busted, oddly enough there was one fork to use for eating, not many spoons but a load of knives. Little things like this make a big difference. Management should look more into the details of their properties and keep them in good working condition.
