Please ensure noise levels remain respectful to avoid disturbing neighbors. Outdoor cameras and neighborhood security are in place to maintain a quiet environment. Violations of house rules may result in immediate cancellation without a refund, plus a $500 fine.

4. Pool and Jacuzzi Usage:
The pool has an optional heater available for $100/day, billed prior to your arrival upon request.
The Jacuzzi is free to use for up to 2 hours at a time, provided it’s turned off after use.
5. Occupancy:
All guests must disclose the number of people staying in the unit at the time of booking. Exceeding the stated number will incur a charge of $150 per person per night. There will be no charge as long as the accurate number of guests is provided during booking.
6. Parking:
On-site parking is available for guests.
7. Arrival Details:
Guests must specify their arrival time for a smooth check-in process. The address listed on Airbnb is for key pickup or host meetup; this address makes finding location easier. The actual property address will be shared with you via email for self-check-in.
8. Pets:
We may accommodate pets for an additional fee of $50 per night and a refundable deposit. Unauthorized pets will result in a $350 non-refundable fee.
9. Energy Conservation:
Please turn off all lights and the AC when leaving the property. Instructions for turning off the AC are available at the property.
