Upper level loft with pull out couch and 55 inch Smart TV (controlled w/ Amazon Firestick). A/C, Heat, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Quartz Countertops throughout. Culligan Reverse Osmosis filtered drinking water available in the kitchen. Newly installed water softener providing softened water throughout the home. Linens, bath towels and beach towels included.

Tenant understands that the elevator use for beach access is provided by the landlord through the LAKE MICHIGAN TRAM ASSOCIATION ("Association") and that stairway use for beach access is provided by landlord through THE NEW MIAMI PARK STAIRS ASSOCIATION ("Association") as free accommodations to the Tenant and their guests, and that such use may impose risk and liability. Being aware of such risk and liability, the Tenant agrees the use shall be at their sole risk and not that of the LAKE MICHIGAN TRAM ASSOCIATION and THE NEW MIAMI PARK STAIRS ASSOCIATION. The Tenant waives and releases any and all claims or potential claims against the Association arising from or relating to their use of the elevator.
