It has beautiful northern views that span Whiskey, Squaw and Garden Islands. On a clear day, the upper peninsula comes into view! Sunsets and sunrises from the expansive deck provide Golden Hour enjoyment for all.
The Golden Hour property has the gathering spaces you need to get the whole family together—and the space to step away and relax. You won't find a more peaceful, natural setting, while still a short walk or bike ride to town.
MAIN HOUSE: Open family room/kitchen with 2-story window views to the water. Dining room with large table for meals, puzzles, games. Fully stocked kitchen with 6 stools at the central island. Screened in porch with large table and chairs for naps, reading, a sunset view. Main floor primary bedroom/bath with a King bed.
SECOND FLOOR: 2 King bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with two Twin beds in each. Full bath. Den, with a water view, has a couch (sofa-bed), desk and chairs/ottoman.
FINISHED BASEMENT: Full bath, foosball, ping-pong, and games, large flat screen TV (use your personal streaming account), couches and recliner.
Full laundry and mudroom.
Bed linens and bath towels provided.
