Tucked away in a quiet area on the South side of the island, this home has fantastic views of Lake Huron, allowing you to relax and enjoy the Island to its fullest.
This home was built in 2004 and has several finishes that were used from natural resources right on the home's property, such as the stair railings and beds, which were made from cedar trees that were cleared when making room for the home. The wood-burning fireplace is faced with rocks that were handpicked from the shoreline, and the mantle is made from reclaimed wood.
The property has 100 feet of shore frontage with wide open views of the lake. You can enjoy the passing of freighters right from the shore or while out exploring in the 2 kayaks that are included. The fire pit area is also located close to the water.
