Positive: the location was fine. found a lovely cafe around the corner and yummy cakes

Negative: way way to much clutter in the property was not maintain outside the property with gardens. we had to check 3 times to make sure we had not left anything behind. it felt like a family home that was truely lived in.

Summary: we loved the geelong foreshoes had a great day there.
