Summary: The room was clean, the staff were friendly and accommodating. However, the bed was uncomfortable (hard). The toilet was noisy and a tricky to operate especially in the night. The floor/Lino in the room had lifted! We could hear other guests flushing their toilets - the water ran through our bathroom walls. Lastly we could hear other guests chatting late into the night, making it difficult to sleep. The tea and coffee provided were not particularly great and were served at a lukewarm temperature. The scrambled eggs were kept warm on-top of a heating blanket, and the serving ladles were contaminated as they were left resting outside the pots.
