This unit offers 3 large bedrooms all equipped with King size beds for your comfort, when you enter the property there is a den and sitting area with a Flat Screen Tv, down the hallway you will find 2 bedrooms with a full bathroom you share with the 2 rooms. Up the stairs you will find the kitchen and living room that share a large common space for gathering with your friends and family. The master bedroom is also located on the second floor. The master bedroom is very spacious and has a full bathroom. The kitchen has been totally remodeled with granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances. And don't forget about the deck located next to the living room, perfect for enjoying a drink and watching the Tahoe skies.
The location is one of the most desired complexes in town, take a stroll down the bike path to the private beaches, Hyatt, Recreational center, tennis complex or continue on the pathway to the East shore bike trail that takes you all the way to Sand Harbor State Beach.
