Welcome to our spacious yet cozy 3-bedroom home, your launching pad to the many attractions in our corner of Southwest Michigan!
Tucked away on a quiet road running along Lake Chapin, our home is just a few doors down from Range Line Park, a family haven for outdoor fun with picnic tables, pavilions, and a children's playground. Lovely wooded walking trails take you from the park to the shores of Lake Chapin, offering year-round fishing for bass, walleye, and panfish. Spring and Fall, the nearby dam separating Lake Chapin from the St. Joseph River become a world-class hotspot for reeling in salmon and steelhead. Driveway parking is available for up to 5 vehicles.
Other points of interest within easy reach include Berrien Springs, Andrews University, Benton Harbor, St. Joseph, Niles, South Bend, Notre Dame University, and Southwest Michigan's wine country. Our recently remodeled home offers two ground-floor bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a full bathroom, and a third downstairs bedroom. All beds are queen-size. The kitchen is fully equipped for whipping up a feast. Downstairs we also have ping pong and air hockey tables ready for family fun. The large backyard beckons with a charcoal grill and fire pit. Please note that an RV is stored on the property.
