This property is located on a corner treed lot, with a large yard wood deck enclosed sunroom and so close to Saginaw bay/Lake Huron access (Saginaw Bay Point Look out Area), you can unplug and unwind enjoying local TV. The antenna receives 8-10 stations. There is also a corner store right on Foster Road or a local IGA it is a great place to stop in and see what the locals have to offer all in the Quaint town of Au Gres.
