Directly outside the bedrooms you will find the main bathroom that has a shower cubicle, wash basin and a toilet so easy to find if needed in the middle of the night. As you come through into the kitchen area you will see it has everything you will need to prepare and cook your meals including a hob and oven, a microwave and fridge freezer, toaster and kettle there is a dining table with 4 chairs to sit at on meal times. The main living area has fitted sofas and this is where you will find the pull out sofa bed.Throughout the van there is double glazed windows and central heating for those chillier evenings.There is a fair use basis on gas and electricity that come inclusive. Sadly your fur babies will have to stay home for this holiday as this van is not pet friendly .EXTRAS 1066 holidays provide all your fresh clean linen and white fluffy towels so you don't have to worry about the making of beds etc as we dress your property for you.We also leave you a welcome pack in the kitchen to help get your holiday started immediately. SURROUNDING AREAS Winchelsea beach itself is a 5 min walk away, and has the most stunning views.The beach is a stoney beach that stretches for miles and has an ancient forest that can only be seen when the tide is out. Literally just outside the entrance of the park there is a co-op, fish and chip shop and a kebab shop, not forgetting a lovely pub.If you walk to the end of the village by the beach there is a cafe with parking and serves the best meals for all the family to enjoy on the days you don't want to cook. This property is highly recommended if you want a relaxed and chilled holiday and only a short drive or bus ride to the neighboring towns for a more upbeat atmosphere.
