Parc de Kievit is located just outside the historic enclave village of Baarle-Nassau, on the Belgian border. Our child-friendly holiday park has many facilities that make your stay in a holiday home in Brabant extra pleasant. Renting a holiday home in Brabant near Parc de Kievit also means that you can use our park facilities, such as the heated outdoor pool, the tennis courts and the mini golf course. The children have also been thought of, in high season there is a paddling pool, a playground and an entertainment team.
Interior

A thatched luxury recreation farm suitable for up to 6 people. On the ground floor there is a spacious, attractive living room with loft and a luxurious open kitchen with hob. The living room is spacious and light thanks to the many windows. There is a connected TV and you can of course use Wi-Fi for free. Smoking is not allowed in the entire farm. In the modern open kitchen you will find an induction hob, oven, microwave, large fridge with freezer and a dishwasher. On the ground floor there are two spacious bedrooms and a luxurious bathroom including a shower and bath. In a separate room there is a washing machine and dryer that you can use for all your laundry. A fixed staircase gives access to the first floor with a spacious bedroom with luxurious bathroom en suite. You can enjoy the ultimate holiday feeling on a spacious terrace with luxurious garden furniture. The garden offers a view of an attractive pond. There is parking for one car.

Do you want to go out in the area? Thanks to the extensive network of nodes, you can make beautiful walks and cycling trips through nature from your holiday home in North Brabant. Shopping cities such as Tilburg and Breda, and amusement parks such as Efteling and Bobbejaanland are also easy and quick to reach. The surroundings of Parc de Kievit are also very suitable for walking or cycling. Various walking and cycling routes are available at the reception. You can already rent a bicycle for € 10 per day. Parc de Kievit offers you all the facilities for an unforgettable stay. Come and visit our cozy brasserie Parc de Kievit and the heated outdoor pool or paddling pool or one of our tennis courts. There is also plenty to do for children. At Parc de Kievit, sustainability and corporate social responsibility are of paramount importance. That is why Parc de Kievit has installed two electric charging stations. You can charge your electric car at these charging stations. You need a charge card for this. More information about this charge card can be found at www.newmotion.com or at the reception. Less than 15 minutes by car you will find a beautiful 18-hole golf course at Landgoed Utrecht in Esbeek. A beautiful golf course in a wooded area.
Conditions
At the reception you can pay in cash, by pin or by credit card. Paid down payments will be refunded within 2 weeks if the accommodation is left tidy and without defects. You can rent a highchair or cot at the reception. You can also go here to rent bath and bed linen. Pets are welcome at our park, but this must be indicated in advance as not all our accommodations are pet-free. If you bring pets, we charge an additional fee for this. Check-in from 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM. If you would like to arrive later than 5 pm, please let us know. Check out before 10 am

We do not rent to a group of young people under the age of 21. In a group, 4 young people must be at least 21 years of age or older.
