This home is extremely spacious with over 2300 sq ft. Nice open floor plan with 6 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, fireplace, large deck, family room and finished basement. The home is close to looking glass river.

The home is in a very desirable neighborhood, many families with young kids. You are required to be respectful to neighbors considering language and loud party like noise when outside. Quiet time is 10pm-8am, this does not mean you can’t be outside just means you need to consider that.
