Lake front,fully furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, cabin sits on spacious property. Set up to sleep eight. All needs have been met. Amenities include, bedding, linens, towels, completely furnished kitchen, one full-size bed, one single-bed with trendle, two futon couches, 2 flat screen tv's, dvd player, floors fans, window air conditioner. Kitchen has toaster, microwave, coffee maker, blender, hand mixer, glass and plastic dishes, pot and pans, glassware, utensils, bakeware, etc. Livingroom has a fireplace with a gas insert. Cabin has a wood deck facing the lake with picnic table and gas grill. There is a shed on the property that houses a stackable washer and dryer. It also has the paddles, lifejackets, a chest freezer, etc. to use during your stay. There is a sandy beach area and the swim area is great for enjoying the water. While renting the cabin, you also have use of the paddleboat, two kayaks, and a rowboat. The property also has a firepit and lawn chairs. Property also has its own dock . Located near public access for convenient launching of water vessels. Local party and bait shop is only 100 yards from cabin and can meet all of your needs such as bait for fishing, gas for boating and groceries( including liquor, beer, and wine. Hand-dipped ice cream in summer months. This property is rented out by the week during the summer season ( Memorial Weekend thru the month of September). The weekly rental runs from Saturday to Saturday. During the month of October this property can be rented out for long weekends to enjoy a fall getaway. The incredible fall foliage never disappoints!
