Mountain retreat in the quaint town of Twain Harte. Our home is located over 4200 feet. An exceptional location nestled among an abundance of cedar, pine, fruit trees, wildflowers and wildlife. It is the perfect space to unwind and reconnect with nature. Just a stone's throw from our home is Lyons Dam Trailhead which offers 10 miles (out-and-back) of a gentle trail which leads to the stunning lake surrounded by pines. An excellent place to take your entire family including your four-legged friends. The backyard has many options of outdoor covered space as well as areas for taking in the starry mountain sky. The formal entry is split-level with the upper floor consisting of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and all the main living spaces. The lower level of the home consists of 2 bedrooms,1 bathroom, laundry room and two bonus rooms dedicated to give you a plethora of entertainment which include a Recreational Room and a Cinema Room. The second entrance takes you to the Mudroom. This is the perfect place to kick off your shoes and hang your coats. No stairs are needed when entering the mudroom on the lower level.
The kitchen is fully stocked. We provide spices, oils, small appliances, cookware, dinnerware, kid ware, BBQ tools and accessories. Alongside the nook area you will find a fully fitted coffee station with complimentary K-cups and a variety of tea options. Each bathroom is supplied with complimentary toiletries, hand towels, washcloths and dispensers for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Bath towels are located in each bedroom. All TV’s including the projector have subscriptions to either Netflix, YouTube, TiVo or Xfinity cable.
