A large 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom (1 en-suite) Victorian villa situated directly on the beach with amazing sea views, enclosed private garden with with direct beach access. Approx a 10 min walk of Hythe town center with lots of pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops.

An extensively renovated home, refurbished from top to bottom sitting right on the promenade with direct access from the beach garden to the beach, this beach villa has everything you need for a fantastic holiday.
Well equipped kitchen, lovely outside eating and lounging areas. Enjoy drinks on the balcony or dine in the beach garden enjoying the stunning sea views. Enjoy days on the beach, BBQs using the built in BBQ and dining area or walk along the canal and have a picnic at one of the tables dotted along the canal side. Please note the property is cleaned following government guidelines. Antibacterial hand wash is provided. All linen and towels are provided and these are professionally cleaned with sanitizer products following government guidelines.
With 3 lounge areas there is plenty of space for all the family.
Marine Parade accommodates 6 adults only and 2 to 3 children not exceeding maximum group size of 9 persons. No adult only groups under the age of 55.
2 babies in travel cots can be accommodated in addition to the 9 person maximum. Please bring bedding for travel cots.
Hythe is a small coastal market town on the edge of Romney Marsh, on the south coast of Kent.
The town has medieval and Georgian buildings, as well as a Saxon/Norman church on the hill and a Victorian seafront promenade
There is a farmers' market every second and fourth Saturday of the month.
Things to do during your stay in Hythe: walk the Royal Military canal, gardens, boat hire, golf, cycling, walking, bowling, tennis, cricket, football, kayaking, squash, sailing club, swimming pool and of course the beach. There are numerous good pubs, restaurants and cafes to enjoy.
The accommodation comprises of a total of 5 bedrooms - 4 bedrooms with King size beds, 1 of these is en-suite and 1 single bedroom, there is also a double sofa bed located in the drawing room. There are 2 travels cots for babies( please bring bedding for travel cots) and a toddler bed for children.
There are 4 bathrooms plus WC. in total. One en-suite shower room plus Master bathroom with roll top bath and separate shower cubicle, 2 shower rooms and 1 separate toilet.
There is an open plan kitchen/ family and dining area with direct access to the beach and garden and a separate drawing room with balcony and sea views and further separate lounge with large flat screen TV.
