Living Spaces
After a day out exploring all that South Haven has to offer, our open-concept living room will be calling your name. Put on a movie, cuddle up in front of the fireplace or even enjoy a musical tune gathered around the piano. Want some time to yourself or a place to contain the kids? In the lower level is a cozy carpeted den with a sofa, two chairs, TV and fireplace. Do you need a quiet place to work, or to grab a book and relax? Then our screened-in porch just off the kitchen is the perfect place for you! If you prefer a spot in the sun, we have multiple areas to do so! Check out our private patio, covered front porch, or the private balcony off one of our 2nd floor primary suites!
Peak & Non-Peak Season
The outdoor association swimming pool (closest to the Marina) is open and heated Memorial Day - Labor Day. The indoor association swimming pool (closest to the home) is open and heated year round. If you are interested in staying a full week in the non-peak season, September through April, please send in an inquiry with your travel dates and we are happy to supply weekly pricing for your trip.
Cooking & Dining
When you're ready to meal prep, head to the open kitchen, where you'll still be part of the action. With its beautiful light wood cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and chic light fixtures, everyone will want to hang out in the kitchen with the chef. Grab a stool at the island's countertop with seating for two and chat about your day while dinner is cooking. Perfect for sit-down meals where you plan your next adventures or rowdy game nights where you challenge the family, the wooden dining table seats six and is right in the middle of the action, just between the kitchen and living room. If you are in need of extra seating, our dining table can be extended and offers two additional chairs. Or fire up the gas grill and dine al fresco on the patio to extend the outdoor fun.
Bed & Bath
With three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, everyone can have their own space and bathroom. On the second floor, we offer two suites, each with a private full bathroom! The East bedroom on this floor also offers a private workstation. In the lower level, our kids suite offers sleeping accommodations for up to four, and includes bean bag chairs and a video arcade game! For a little extra space, use the sleeper sofa in the lower level living room. Whichever room you choose, sink into a comfortable bed in a well-appointed room and dream the night away.
Outdoor Spaces
Our home offers multiple outdoor areas, some of which offer the perfect setting for gathering, and others are ideal for a more intimate setting. Grab a cup of coffee and head to the screened-in porch or outside to the patio to enjoy some fresh air. Relax at the table and plan the day's adventures. Then walk a short distance to the marina to rent a kayak or paddleboard, go swimming in the pool, or play games in the clubhouse. If planning a day at the beach, be sure to take advantage of our four beach chairs, pop-up beach shelter and umbrella! Other outdoor accommodations include a covered front porch with two swings, and a private balcony off one of the primary suites. In the evening, be sure to enjoy our firepit table on the patio with seating for four, or our LED corn hole!
