Located on the North end of beautiful Sturgeon Bay. This spacious home faces east and has amazing sunrises. This home features 200 feet of waterfront and a cobble stone shoreline, with a dock and Kayaks. The front yard has a dry pond and is left natural for flora and fauna to thrive.
This home has 5 Bedrooms the 5th being a “bunk room”, 3 full bathrooms, 2 living rooms (one up and one down) a very well-appointed kitchen and a laundry room. The Master is on the main level and has a queen bed and a view of the water, Bedroom 2 also downstairs has a full bed, Bedroom 3 located upstairs has a queen bed and a view of the water, Bedroom 4 is located between the upstairs living room and the bunk room and has a twin trundle and a water view, the large bunk room has 3 Queen Beds and a view of the water.
There is an expansive covered porch across the entirety of the front of the home on the waterside. A new dock will be placed this spring as well as 2 new Kayaks. This home is located on a quiet road and offers ample parking if traveling with Side X Side’s, ATV’s or other toys. If traveling with or renting a boat you can put the boat in the water at either Drummond Island Yacht Haven or Nates Marina with an easy 10 minute boat ride to the house.
This home comfortably sleeps 14 people. This home does NOT accept pets.
The homeowner asks that you remove your shoes at the door.
If you are coming to Drummond Island to ride the trails, you will need to trailer to the trailhead from this home. Side x Side’s and ATV’s are NOT permitted on M134/Channel Road.
