This one is immaculately maintained and is equipped with everything you would need. There are two California king size beds, one in the first floor master bedroom and another in the second story loft which is separated by a privacy curtain. There’s a standard double bed in the fully enclosed upstairs bedroom and a queen pull out couch in the living room. The first floor has a very open feel, yet a pocket door in the living room ensures privacy when the queen pull out couch is used.
All the dishes are new... the Bosch dishwasher and air fryer are new! The kitchen also features a microwave, Keurig machine and 12-cup coffeemaker. The first-floor bathroom features a combination tub and shower. There is an electric fireplace as well as an air purifier in every room.
Morton Park is 3 blocks East and has a basketball court, a large fenced grassy area and the city is set to put some additional playground equipment in it in the near future.
The entire yard is beautifully landscaped. For seasonal enjoyment there is a furnished deck with a Weber grill, eight chairs and an open gas fire pit and patio heater! The back yard is fully fenced in. In the basement, you have access to the washer, dryer, and steam iron. Inside you’ll find a computer workstation and high speed wifi internet service with numerous streaming channels available on the two flatscreen tv’s with soundbars..
