After a day at the beach or discovering the many places of interest along the Norfolk Broads, unwind with a cocktail and soak in the hot tub before enjoying an alfresco family BBQ.

For those of you who need to keep in contact with the office, free Wifi is available throughout your stay.
The space
This family friendly fully equipped lodge consists of two ensuite bedrooms with spacious emperor beds along with a family cloakroom facing a small bunkbed room, housing two full sized single beds, enabling 4 adults and two children to be accommodated comfortably. Maximum people is 6.

Two of our bedrooms are equipped with a TV, where you can further chill out sipping your night cap before a restful night’s sleep.

The lodge is situated in a quiet and safe semi-residential park with an outdoor swimming pool (although this can be quite often unavailable without any prior notice).

The seaside is about 5 miles away and boasts some wonderful beaches.

Please note that due to the property having two lovely oak trees next to it, the decking gets leaves, twigs and bird poo from time to time. As much as we try and keep it clean we can not stop it.

This is a fully self catering lodge with no supplies left at the premises apart from:

• Loo rolls
• Bin liners for kitchen, bathroom, reception rooms and bedrooms
• Sponge scourer
• Washing Up Liquid, multi-surface spray
• Hand soap in the kitchen, bathrooms and loos
• Washing machine powder
• Tea towel and oven cloth for the kitchen
• Bath/shower mats
• Hand towels and bath towels for six people ( - Please take your own beach towels for the hot tub and the park swimming pool.)
• Bed linen
• Iron and ironing board
• Clothes drying rack
• Hoover
• A selection of DVD's, books and a few games
• Should you have your favourite Nespresso coffee, bring some pods please as we have a Nespresso coffee machine available at the lodge
• A small Welcome Pack including tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits so that you do not need to shop immediately

Please note that we are contracted with a local cleaning/maintenance company to give them a full access to the lodge between 10am and 5pm. They allow an early check in from 2pm at a £50 charge.

Quiet time is 9pm to 7am with noise kept to a minimum between 9pm and 12am, absolute quiet between 12am and 7am.

BBQs must finish by 11pm.

Please be considered to your neighbours at all times.

Visitors must leave the park by 11pm as per Park Rules.

We welcome well behaved pups but please let us know how many and what kind while making a booking request.

Please be sure not to leave your pets alone at the lodge. Should you require a pet sitter, our neighbour is fully insured dog walker/sitter and fantastic with fluffy creatures of all sizes.

The Park requests that dogs are walked on lead within the park boundaries.

The on site restaurant is currently closed but there is a wonderful restaurant and pub just outside the main entrance to the park.
