Our super cute 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath house is located only blocks from the hwy 29 and major stores such as Target, Trader Joes and Whole Foods.
The house is fully furnished and turn key. The front yard has a cute deck with table and chairs and a lounge chair.
The master bedroom has a queen sized and two full size closets with mirrored doors, built in drawers, ceiling fan and TV with streaming capability. The master bath has a full size shower and two person jetted tub.
The second bedroom has a brand new double bed, remote-control ceiling fan and a closet with drawers. There is a half bath between the two main bedrooms.
The third bedroom is designed to be an office/reading room, with two recliners, desk with chair and remote-control ceiling fan. It also has a closet for storage.
The kitchen has full size appliances (new cooktop), Keurig and all plates, bowls, utensils, etc. that you will need. The washer and dryer are secluded behind a set of bifold doors in the kitchen.
The living room sports a sectional couch, comfy oversized chair and a large Smart TV. We also have a huge selection of eclectic books in the book case, along with a variety of games.
There are two skylights, one in the main bathroom and the other in the kitchen. Both have remote controls to open and shut the skylights and remote controls to open and shut the skylight blinds.
All utilities are included, along with high speed internet. There is room for two cars in the driveway and street parking for overflow.
We are currently using the garage, but the house offers a ton of storage space!
