Welcome to Ocean Beach! This standalone studio is minutes from the beach, Sea World, Pechanga Area and more. Relax on the shared patio or take a quick walk or scooter to the action of OB/Point Loma! Pet friendly, one mile to the water and easy access to downtown, airport, Sea World / Mission Beach, Pacific Beach, Balboa Park / the Zoo.

Before booking:

- This is an older home with no HVAC system. There are ceiling fans and portable heaters in the unit, but we recommend enjoying Southern California's famous coastal weather and open some windows :)
- The water heater has a capacity of 10 gallons. This means hot showers should be kept to 5 minutes or less, or not all the way hot.
- Ocean Beach is in the flight takeoff zone for San Diego airport. Flights run between 6a-11:30p.
- Parking is first come first serve on the surrounding streets. You may have to walk a few blocks from parking to the property. There is no reserved parking at the property.
Sleeping arrangements & space:
Bedroom features a queen bed (sleeps 2) with pillow-top mattress, hotel-quality linens, down alternative comforter, a wardrobe with suitcase storage and hangers, plus extra conveniences like USB A and C outlets to charge your phone, tablet or laptop.
Living area features a West Elm couch, blankets for lounging, 44" Smart TV, and plenty of natural light.
The property has AT&T 1 gigabit fiber internet with full wifi coverage - more than suitable for Zoom calls, streaming, and gaming.
The dining area seats 2 and is also useable as a workstation.
Kitchen has stove, oven, fridge and freezer, instant water kettle, french press coffee maker, and basic cooking supplies (frying pan and saucer, baking sheet, can opener, bottle opener, cutting board, utensils.) Due to COVID-19 precautions, we do not provide any shared food items such as coffee.
The bathroom has a shower, tub, and vanity. Body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer are all provided. The bathtub is raised from the floor - not recommended for people with mobility issues.
This is a standalone studio. The property has two other units that share property access (gate) and outdoor space is shared with one other unit.
Your unit is private entirely to you within this multi-unit property. You will have access to a shared backyard patio. The patio closest to the street is private and off limits.
We are 5 minutes from the water, SeaWorld, Pechanga Arena, 10 minutes from Downtown San Diego/Gaslamp/Little Italy, SD International Airport.

Along with most of the area west of downtown, Ocean Beach is inside the flight path of the San Diego International Airport. Flights are allowed from 6:30am to 11pm - locals call it the "OB Pause" for the light air traffic noise that comes with this area :)
The entire property is pet-friendly, but while on the property, your pet must be on a leash or in a carrier at all times if not inside your unit. You are responsible for controlling your animals around other guests and their pets.
