Nestled between Mears and Pentwater, just 3 blocks away from a beautiful county beach on Lake Michigan, our family-friendly home is the perfect place to unwind and create lasting memories.
Our cozy 855 sq. ft. house features 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 5 guests. The first floor boasts a convenient washer and dryer as well as a half bathroom, with stairs leading up to the main living area. Upstairs, you'll find the bright and spacious living room, a master bedroom with a slider to the wrap-around deck, and a second bedroom with bunk beds - a full bed on the bottom and a single bed on top, also with a slider to the deck. Our large, bright kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. And if you prefer to cook outside, we also provide a convenient propane grill on the deck for your use just outside the kitchen slider.
Stay connected with loved ones and stay on top of work with our new high-speed internet access by Starklink. And if you're up for some adventure, explore the adjacent 250 acres of state land with trails for biking and hiking. There's also plenty of space to enjoy yard games with your family just steps outside the front door.

Whether you are looking for a romantic evening under the stars or a fun night of stargazing with the family, our cottage offers the perfect spot to take in the beauty of the night sky. Our special accommodations include a water filter, central air conditioning, satellite television, and an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after a fun day at the beach. In the evenings, enjoy quality time with your loved ones gathered around the fire pit, with plenty of firewood supplied on the property.

Additionally, please be aware that the living area of our home is on the second floor above the garage, so renters should be comfortable with climbing a flight of stairs to enter and exit the home.
