At the end of their 30 day lease, should the Tenant wish to extend, they must sign a new lease for each additional 30 days that they extend. (Fees transfer, no new or additional fees.)
The Owner has remodeled a wing of the home as living space for herself when she is in town. This space has a separate, private entrance and parking. There is no access from the Cowboy Cabin into that wing. There is no shared space. The Owner pays all utilities and supplies all services. Services consist of snow removal, lawn care and maintenance.
