Beautiful and Private Upper Silver Lake cottage with gorgeous lake views and only minutes away from downtown Silver Lake and the dunes! Enjoy the large deck off of the upper level when having morning coffee or grilling dinner! Updated interior includes open concept on main level with living, kitchen and dining area along with two bedrooms and one bathroom. Take the spiral staircase downstairs into the second living area with a pullout sofa, tv and electric fireplace. Two additional bedrooms downstairs with two full beds and one king bed. Jack and Jill bathroom on the lower level as well as the laundry room and second refrigerator! The lower level also features a sliding door to walkout to the lower level of the deck. Large yard down to the lake with a great firepit and deck with lounge chairs at the water. Take a fishing pole and catch all sorts of fish off of the two docks!
**Please advise the only interior staircase is a spiral staircase. There is a traditional staircase outside off of the deck with access to the lower level and sliding glass door to get inside the lower level**
