Summary: Front desk service was ok and the room was a room. It was clean and it worked for what we needed. The breakfast was the biggest disappointment. We went down with over an hour left for breakfast and a lot of it was out of stock. I was a little sad that I didn't get my hotel waffle. What made it worse was that the breakfast attendant was very rude to anyone who asked if there was more of something that was out. She kept hiding in the little prep room. She finally came out, probably still 30-40 minutes left for breakfast, and started tearing everything down. She even took away some stuff that was still stocked and yelled at anyone who was still trying to get food that they're out of food and breakfast was over. The hotel was packed, many there for a big concert nearby, so they should have been prepared for a large crowd coming down for breakfast. We were appalled by all of this and, I know it was just breakfast, but service is service and impressions make a difference. We will not be coming back to this location if we're in the area again.
