Positive: The house is located on the corner of a very quiet neighborhood. The hosts go above and beyond to stock the house with every amenity possible. The extra pantry and wine amenities were a bonus. All of the appliances are upgraded. Beautiful and spacious kitchen to cook in. The large dining room , pub style, table is perfect for large families. The living room has a very large leather sectional...plenty of seating for all. The decor is top notch. The master bedroom is spacious with a large ensuite. Completely fenced in back yard, so no worries about children running away. At night you can slightly hear the fog horn. Only 5-10 minute drive to the beach, depending which side you go to. The hosts responded quickly to my questions and were very personable.

Negative: I feel that the windows need a little attention to cleaning detail. I know the ad says no pets, but pets have been in this home. If you are highly sensitive to pet smells, like me, you may experience allergy symptoms. It didn't bother my son's family because they have indoor animals. Mainly living room area and lightly in master. I didn't smell it in the smaller bedrooms. If it weren't for this issue, I would give this stay a 10.

Summary: Such a wonderful home! We would stay again.
