Positive: The property is pleasant and with easy access for parking outside. Perfectly located and situated next to a footpath The property was lovely and warm and a had lovely comfortable rooms

Negative: Unfortunately, the kitchen was poorly equipped, making meal prep difficult, and the unusual layout made seating a challenge. The design has been altered from the original pictures, likely to meet fire regs, resulting in an awkward L-shape with a table that doesn’t quite fit. Additionally, the main driveway from the road is extremely uneven, with large potholes
